This is a jig part, and the clearance between parts is required to be less than 10 um.
The customer uses the CNC engraving center, with its excellent composite processing capabilities and knife-handling capabilities, to solve the customer’s difficulties in small hole processing.
For side hole processing, a pin with a diameter of only 2.0 mm is used to easily pass through both ends. With the help of the on-machine detection system and the broken tool detection system, the slight changes in key elements of the processing process can be accurately controlled, the real-time status of the tool can be monitored, and the tool can be ensured to be kept in a reasonable use range during large-scale processing without breaking the tool. At the same time, it can ensure that the clearance between the processed fixture and the parts is less than 10 um.
